Especially when it comes to design stuff they are really good. And the ethusiasm they have is amazing. I remember sitting in the office and every morning someone would come and say "Hey I need to show you a cool site - some hours later the site was loaded ;-)" I had the exact same feeling when i did an internship there back in 2004.
