A: The vast majority of the many hundreds who have already taken advantage of this offer have no Flex or Flash experience, and indeed, that's the point, we want to help them get Flex experience to help them get jobs. B: This is already working. The very first recipient of a copy from fellow evangelist Duane Nickull resulted in that recipient getting a job in Flex, and he did not know any Flex beforehand. Anyway, this program is open to any developer who recently lost his/her job. Not just for Flash/Flex developers.
